Some very important notes when considering booking this cruise.

This is not your typical cruise. Guests of The Weekly Standard will enjoy informative seminars and extensive interaction with our guest speakers; numerous social events; dining with fellow conservatives as well as guest speakers; and a wonderful sense of sharing and camaraderie.

The cruise will include cocktail receptions, evening cigar and cognac smokers, dinners together, group excursions, and seminar sessions.

In order to participate in The Weekly Standard’s Cruise events, this cruise must be booked only via TWS/The Cruise Authority. Guests booking independently will be prohibited from attending TWS events.

A valid passport will be required for this cruise. The expiration date of your passport should be later than February 18, 2010. If it is not, you should plan on renewing your passport well in advance of the cruise.

President of The Cruise Authority. A veteran of 140 cruises; Howard has been in the cruise industry for over 18 years. He is an avid triathlete, scuba diver, and tennis enthusiast. Howard has a wife and 2 sons, 8 and 4.

Angelika Landis
Angelika Landis is a member of The Cruise Authority's Group Management team. She decided to turn her passion for travel into her occupation and has organized and escorted groups around the world for almost 20 years. She has sailed with groups through the Valleys of the Nile River, the never-ending Amazon; cruised around Cape Hope, into the Fjords of New Zealand and Alaska. Her hobbies include photography and exotic gourmet cooking.

 

Joanne Burch
Group Manager of The Cruise Authority. Joanne has been with The Cruise Authority for 9 years and has escorted numerous cruises. She is very knowledgeable about many of the "off the beaten path" areas of the Caribbean. Joanne has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
